Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our products to you. They are applicable to all, and any orders or subscriptions placed with us. By placing an order with us and using our website, you are agreeing to these Terms. Please read these terms in full carefully before you submit any order. If you disagree with any of these terms and conditions, please don’t continue to use our website or order from Clean Lean Kitchen LTD.

Delivery

All deliveries are carried out directly by Clean Lean Kitchen. As our products are consumable, it is very important someone is available to accept your delivery. If there is no one available to accept the delivery, please ensure that we can deliver to a safe place, and they are refrigerated as soon as possible.

We will contact you with a confirmation time on the day of your delivery. This allows sufficient time for you to know when your delivery will arrive. If no safe place is specified and no one is available for delivery, we will leave the goods in a safe we see fit and a picture will be sent to you to show where they have been left. Clean Lean Kitchen is not liable for losses of goods once delivered.

Our delivery days are Sunday and Wednesday, unless agreed with you separately. Our delivery service is not available outside of the set postcodes within South Wales, UK unless specifically agreed at the point of order.

From the completion of delivery, the products will be your responsibility. You own the products once we have received payment in full including all applicable delivery charges.

We take every precaution to ensure your meals are delivered as practically as possible, however if you are not 100% satisfied with your order or any of the good received are not fit for consumption at time of delivery, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the problem for us to investigate. Do not consume any products you don’t believe to be fit for consumption. Once the issue has been investigated, we may provide a refund or other compensation as appropriate at our sole discretion.

As a consumer, you have legal rights regarding any products you receive that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standard Office.

Allergy and nutritional information

If you have any food allergies or intolerances, it is your responsibility to check our website thoroughly before placing an order to ensure our meals cater to your requirements. If you have any hesitations please contact us at info@cleanleankitchen.co.uk .

Please note that some of our products may contain allergens. All products are packed in a facility that does handle nuts. Any severe allergy sufferers need to contact us before placing an order.

If you have or suspect that you have an allergic reaction or other adverse health event, promptly contact your health care provider.

Please be aware that the nutritional information we provide on our site is based on the consistent ingredients we use. This may vary from time-to-time dependant on our suppliers. Our meals our weighed out individually and are as accurate as we can get them.     

Clean Lean Kitchen does not guarantee the accuracy of any nutritional information provided and will not take responsibility for any damage to your results from your reliance on nutritional information. We strongly suggest seeking medical advice before changing your diet or starting any nutritional programme. Clean Lean Kitchen does not provide medical advice nor are we a substitute for medical treatment. Any posts on our websites, social media or other methods are those in which we personally agree with and are not to be taken as medical advice. Results from purchasing our meals are not guaranteed and we strongly suggest following a calorie-controlled diet combined with daily exercise for best results.

Please do not use our services if you are severally underweight, pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 or have any medical condition which affects your dietary requirements which have not been discussed with your doctor first.

Clean Lean Kitchen are not liable for any illness or medical reaction caused by contact with or consumption of our food.

Food Storage

Our chilled meals need to be refrigerated immediately and stored at a minimum of 5 degrees Celsius. They need to be kept chilled in a fridge to safely meet their shelf life. If they are not properly chilled and stored, bacteria can multiply.

Ensure to keep chilled food out of the fridge for the shortest time possible before consumption.

If stored above this temperature, we cannot guarantee the products will be safe for consumption and advise these are disposed of.

Do not eat any meals more than 3 days from delivery.

REFUND POLICY

For any reason you wish to cancel your order, they will need to be placed by 9pm Thursday and a full refund will be issued. We cannot accept any refunds placed after 9pm Thursday as the raw supplied and materials will have been purchased at the cost of Clean Lean Kitchen.

Order process

Ordering through our website allows you to check and amend any errors before proceeding. Please take the time to check your order before making payment.

Once your order has been processed and confirmed, we will email you an order confirmation.

If ordering via our social media accounts, we will email you an invoice which includes your order confirmation. Please check this is all correct before making payment.

If for any reason we are unable to supply you with a product or an item is no longer in stock due to an error on our website, we will inform you of this by email or telephone call and will process this order. If you have already paid for the items, we will offer you a suitable alternative.

We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

Pricing and delivery charges

We offer free delivery within a 3-mile radius of Cardiff Bay, anything further than this (within South Wales) will be charged at an additional rate, delivery charges will be calculated on our website.

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change at any time but will not affect any orders which have already been processed and confirmed.

Products, promotions, offer codes and limited time offers can be withdrawn from the Website at any time

Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or affect your statutory rights if you are conducting as a consumer within the definition of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In no event shall we be held liable to you for any special, indirect, or consequential damages, loss of profits or goodwill.

Important terms

By using our site, you consent to our privacy policy.

This contract is between you and us (Clean Lean Kitchen). No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. You acknowledge and agree that in entering any transaction governed by these Terms, you do not rely on, and shall have no remedy in respect of, any statement, representation, warranty or understanding (whether negligently or innocently made) (whether party to these Terms or not) other than as expressly set out in these Terms as a warranty. The only remedy available for breach of the warranties shall be for breach of contract.
