Meals will stay fresh for 3 days after your delivery date. For example, if your meals are delivered Sunday, they will be fresh to eat till Wednesday. We always advise checking meals before consumption to ensure they are safe to eat.

All meals will need to be refrigerated immediately, at a temperature between 0-8 degrees to ensure they are fit for consumption.

We think our meals taste best fresh; however, they are suitable for home freezing. They’ll need to be frozen on the day of delivery, and we don’t advise storing meals for longer than 1 month. Please ensure meals are fully defrosted before reheating.

Our meals are microwavable, simply remove the lid and reheat for 3-4 minutes in an 900w microwave. Always ensure meals are piping hot before consumption.

Yes, just ensure they are removed from the packaging before placing in the oven.

Absolutely! Please inform us of any allergies and intolerances when placing your order.

Our butcher supplies Halal meat, please drop us a message for further information.

No problem, leave us a note when you’re checking out for which foods you’d like to swap, and we’ll adjust our meals to suit you.

Yes, we use all recyclable products and can go in with your local recycling.

Simply choose your meals from our current menu, select how many meals you’d like to order and over how many days. Checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

You have the option to pay via PayPal or select invoice checkout and we will email you your invoice if you’d prefer to make bank transfer.

Our delivery days each week are Sunday and Wednesday. Place your orders by our order cut off (9pm Thursday and 9pm Sunday) and we’ll get them delivered to you ASAP!

No, just simply order from us whenever you like. If you’d like a recurring delivery, please let us know.

Once orders have past our cut off time (9pm Thursday, 9pm Sunday), orders will have been placed with our suppliers and all admin work to prepare your order will have started. Therefore, we are unable to cancel your order due to the costs associated. We hope you understand.

We are delivering throughout Cardiff and some parts of the Vale of Glamorgan. We may be able to offer further delivery throughout South Wales, please message us for more information.

We offer free delivery within a 3-mile radius of Cardiff Bay. Anything further there will be a £5 fee which covers two deliveries per week. Please message us if you need further information.

Our deliveries are made Sunday & Wednesday between 12-5pm, this may be subject to change. Your weekly order is based over a 5 day week, e.g. if you order 10 meals, you will receive 6 on Sunday and 4 on Wednesday, unless specified otherwise. We will message you an hour’s delivery slot the day before.

As our meals are delivered fresh, we are unable to return them to our kitchen. We will message you your delivery time on the day, if you’re not home we will leave your meals in a safe place. Once they have been delivered the meals will be your responsibility to please ensure someone is home to accept delivery.
